ARRIVE offers two ways to spread the cost of a booking over time: PayPal Pay Later, available to eligible clients at checkout, and ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options, an application-based program for verified venues and professional event planners. With either, your performer is secured immediately — ARRIVE receives the full booking amount up front.
PayPal Pay Later
When you pay with PayPal at checkout you may be offered a PayPal Pay Later plan — a payment now and the rest in installments, often interest-free. Approval usually takes seconds.
- Provided by PayPal. PayPal Pay Later is financing from PayPal, not from ARRIVE. PayPal decides eligibility, plan options, and limits.
- Where it's available. ARRIVE clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, where eligible. What you're offered can vary by country and booking amount.
- Your booking confirms right away. ARRIVE is paid in full up front, so your performer is locked in the moment your plan is approved.
- Managing your plan. Your installments, schedule, and payment method live in your PayPal account. Questions about a Pay Later plan are handled by PayPal.
ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options
ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options is a separate program we offer directly to verified venues and professional event planners in the United States and Canada. It is not available to individual consumers, and it is interest-free — you pay the booking total split over time, with no added finance charge.
- How it works. Pay a 25% deposit at booking, then spread the balance over 3, 6, or 12 months. The maximum per booking is $2,500.
- No interest, no credit check. There's no added finance charge, and applying doesn't affect your personal credit.
- How to qualify. You need an active ARRIVE business account. Submit an application and our team will review it — usually within 48 hours. We may ask for business verification.
- How to apply. Visit ARRIVE for Venues and apply for Flexible Payment Options, or contact ARRIVE Support. Full details are in the ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options Terms.
Refunds and cancellations
How you pay doesn't change ARRIVE's policies. If you cancel, your refund follows the cancellation policy tiers, and the client service fee is non-refundable. For PayPal Pay Later, any change to your installment plan after a refund is handled by PayPal.
The fine print
PayPal Pay Later is offered to eligible clients at checkout and is provided by PayPal, not ARRIVE; PayPal determines eligibility, plan options, and limits, which vary by country, amount, and transaction type. ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options is a separate, application-based program for verified venues and professional event planners in the United States and Canada (not individual consumers): approved businesses pay a deposit at booking and spread the balance over time with no added finance charge, offered at ARRIVE's discretion following a business review (usually within 48 hours). ARRIVE is paid in full up front, so performers are always paid on schedule. See the ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options Terms and the ARRIVE Payment Terms for details.
