Why ARRIVE Exists
The Problem
For years, talented performers struggled to be seen. The musicians, dancers, speakers, and entertainers who make moments unforgettable were too often hidden behind algorithms and gatekeepers — doing everything right and still being overlooked.
The Frustration
At the same time, event planners struggled to find entertainment they could trust. They spent hours chasing leads, comparing quotes, and hoping the talent they booked would show up ready to shine.
The Industry
Existing platforms focused on collecting subscriptions instead of creating success. They profited whether or not anyone actually got booked. We believed the model itself was broken.
