The Cancellation Policy

1 min read Updated June 1, 2026Last reviewed June 1, 2026

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, ARRIVE's cancellation policy determines how much is refunded — the earlier you cancel, the more you get back. This is the policy for clients.

Refund tiers

Your refund depends on how far ahead of the event you cancel:

  • 7+ days before — 100% refund
  • 2 to 6 days before — 75% refund
  • 24 to 48 hours before — 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours before — 25% refund
  • No-show — no refund

The tiers that apply are locked in when you book, so you always know where you stand.

How refunds are issued

Your payment is held securely by ARRIVE, so when you cancel within a refundable window your refund is returned to your original payment method. To cancel, see How to cancel a booking and request a refund.

If the performer cancels

If a performer cancels, you are refunded — see What happens if the performer cancels?

For the full terms, see the Cancellation Policy. Questions? Contact ARRIVE Support.
