How ARRIVE Booking Agency collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data, and the privacy rights of platform Members. ARRIVE does not sell or trade personal data or email lists with third parties except as set out in this policy or required by law.

Conduct standards for Clients and Performers on ARRIVE — respectful communication, honest listings, and prohibited behavior. Violations may lead to moderation, suspension, or termination.

How booking cancellations and refunds work, including the time-based refund tiers and how a cancellation affects the Client's refund and the Performer's payout.

How ARRIVE handles intellectual-property rights, including the copyright and trademark takedown-notice process and the repeat-infringer policy for content posted to the platform.

The terms governing payments made and received through ARRIVE — balances, fees, payouts, and transaction handling — supplemental to the Terms of Service.

The Client Terms & Conditions of Service (C-TOS): the booking, payment, and event responsibilities that apply specifically to Clients, supplemental to the general Terms of Service.

The Performer Terms & Conditions of Service (P-TOS): the obligations, payment terms, and standards that apply specifically to Performers, supplemental to the general Terms of Service.

The master agreement (General Terms & Conditions of Use) governing all use of the ARRIVE platform: eligibility, acceptable use, the marketplace relationship, and the binding terms every Member, Client, and Performer agrees to.
