Yes. ARRIVE adds a service fee to each booking, shown as a separate line item before you pay.
What you pay
- The performer's agreed price for your event (including any add-ons you choose).
- An ARRIVE service fee (10%), added on top of the booking total. It covers secure payment processing, platform operations, and support.
- Where tax applies, it is shown before you pay.
Your total is always itemized at checkout — no hidden charges.
Is the service fee refundable?
If you cancel, the booking total is refunded according to our cancellation policy, and the service fee isn't refunded. If the performer cancels, or ARRIVE Support cancels the booking for the performer, you're refunded in full, including the service fee.
