Yes. ARRIVE adds a service fee to each booking, shown as a separate line item before you pay.
What you pay
- The performer's agreed price for your event (including any add-ons you choose).
- An ARRIVE service fee (10%), added on top of the booking total. It covers secure payment processing, platform operations, and support.
- Applicable taxes, calculated automatically based on your location.
Your total is always itemized at checkout — no hidden charges.
Is the service fee refundable?
If you cancel, the booking total is refunded according to our cancellation policy. The service fee is non-refundable.
