1. Overview
ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options ("the Program") lets vetted venues and professional event planners book Performers immediately and spread the cost over time, with no added interest or finance charge. The Program is offered at ARRIVE's discretion to businesses with an established business address in the United States and Canada, and is subject to ARRIVE's review and approval. It is not available to individual consumers.
By opting into the Program, the Client agrees to this policy together with ARRIVE's Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility & Approval
- Be a vetted venue or professional event planner with a verifiable business address in the U.S. or Canada.
- Have an active ARRIVE business account in good standing.
- Provide business verification if requested (e.g., business registration or license, and ID of the authorized representative).
- Be approved through ARRIVE's review, typically completed within 48 hours.
- Accept a payment-plan schedule agreed with ARRIVE for the booking.
ARRIVE may decline, suspend, or end Program access at its discretion, including where an account is in default or under review. Applying does not affect the applicant's personal credit.
3. Payment Terms
- A 25% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is spread over 3, 6, or 12 months, as agreed.
- There is no interest and no finance charge β the Client pays the booking total, split over time.
- The maximum amount per booking under the Program is $2,500.
- Installments are charged automatically to the payment method on file (card or ACH). Clients may pay the balance early at any time at no cost.
- Applicable taxes and any agreed ARRIVE fees are included in the schedule.
4. Performer Payment
ARRIVE is paid the full booking amount up front and funds the booking, so the Performer is paid in full on the normal schedule regardless of the Client's installment plan β including if the Client later misses an installment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow ARRIVE's Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms, applied to the booking total. If a scheduled installment cannot be collected (e.g., insufficient funds or an expired method), ARRIVE may pause or cancel the booking and any remaining installments. Amounts already paid are handled per the booking's refund tier.
6. Missed Payments & Default
- If a Client misses a payment, ARRIVE may suspend the account from new bookings until the balance is resolved.
- The outstanding balance becomes immediately due as a commercial debt of the business, and ARRIVE may refer it to collections or pursue it through legal means.
- ARRIVE may end Program access where fraud or non-payment is suspected.
7. How to Apply
Submit a request through the ARRIVE Flexible Payment Options application. ARRIVE will review and respond, typically within 48 hours.
8. Changes
ARRIVE may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Questions: support@arrivebooking.com.
PayPal Pay Later
PayPal Pay Later is a separate option offered to eligible clients at checkout. It is financing provided by PayPal, not ARRIVE; PayPal determines eligibility, plan options, and limits, which vary by country, amount, and transaction type. Learn more at PayPal Pay Later.
