ARRIVE charges a commission on each booking. It is how we run the platform — securing payments, supporting you and your clients, and bringing you bookings. This guide explains what the commission is and how it works.
How much is the commission?
Your commission depends on your plan:
- Free — 7%
- Pro — 4.5%
- Featured — 2.5%
A lower commission is one of the benefits of upgrading. ARRIVE sets these rates and they can be adjusted over time.
When is it taken?
You never pay anything up front. The client pays the full booking amount, ARRIVE's commission is deducted from your payout, and the rest is yours. Your rate is locked in when the booking is confirmed, so a later plan change does not affect bookings already in progress.
What you receive
For every booking: booking amount − commission = your payout. You can see your net revenue as you set your price in the service builder. See How service pricing works and How ARRIVE payouts work.
What the commission covers
- Secure payment handling and your payout through Stripe.
- Holding funds safely until after your event.
- Bringing clients to the platform and supporting both sides of every booking.
ARRIVE's commission is separate from the service fee that clients pay on top of the booking total — that fee is the client's, and it never comes out of your payout. See How fees and payouts work.
