On ARRIVE you set a price for each service you offer. This guide explains how pricing works, the limits, and what you actually take home after the service fee.
Setting your price
You set your rate in the Pricing step when you create or edit a service. For each service you choose:
- Your rate — from $50 up to $10,000, in $25 increments. The maximum available to you can depend on your plan.
- Rate type — a flat rate per event, or an hourly rate.
The lowest of your service prices is what clients see as your "starting from" price on your profile, so price your entry-level service thoughtfully.
What you take home
ARRIVE charges a service fee on each booking, and the rest is your payout. The fee depends on your plan:
- Free — you keep 93% of the booking (7% fee).
- Pro — you keep 95.5% (4.5% fee).
- Featured — you keep 97.5% (2.5% fee).
The Pricing step shows your net revenue as you set your rate. For more on fees, see What is the ARRIVE service fee?
Changing your price
To change a price, edit the service from your Dashboard and update the Pricing step. If the service is live, your new price shows as soon as you save and the listing stays live — a price change does not need review. It must stay within the minimum and maximum for your plan. Switching between flat, hourly and quote pricing does go back for a quick re-review.
Tips for pricing
- Price for the value you deliver — clients often choose on quality and fit, not the lowest number.
- Use add-ons and travel settings rather than underpricing your core service.
- Keep your rate realistic for your market and experience.
