Here's how ARRIVE fees and payouts work, so you know exactly what you'll take home.
Commission by plan
- Free — 7% commission on bookings (drops with your booking volume).
- Pro — a flat 4.5%.
- Featured — a flat 2.5%, our lowest rate.
Your commission is deducted from your payout when a booking is completed. There are no fees if you don't get booked.
You don't pay payment-processing fees
Card and PayPal processing fees are covered by the client's service fee — not deducted from your payout. Your payout is simply the booking total minus your ARRIVE commission.
How your payout is calculated
Payout = booking total − ARRIVE commission. For example, on a $1,000 booking as a Pro member (4.5%), you receive $955. The client separately pays a service fee on top of the $1,000; that fee is not taken from your payout.
When you get paid
Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe account and released automatically 72 hours after your event, once the booking is complete and no dispute is open.
