Booking talent on ARRIVE is simple and secure. Here's exactly what you pay and when.
What you pay
- Booking total — the price agreed with the performer for your event.
- ARRIVE service fee (10%) — added on top of the booking total and shown as a separate line before you pay. It covers secure payment processing, platform operations, and support.
- Applicable taxes — calculated automatically based on your location and shown before payment.
Your total is always itemized at checkout — no hidden charges.
When you're charged
Payment is made in full at the time of booking. Funds are held securely and released to the performer after your event, so you're protected until the booking is complete.
How you can pay
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (via Stripe), as well as PayPal — including Buy Now, Pay Later where available.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel, the amount refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel (see our cancellation policy for the exact tiers). The booking total is refunded according to that schedule. The ARRIVE service fee is non-refundable.
