Secure processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and handled by Stripe — ARRIVE never stores your full card number.
Your money is held until after your event
When you book, ARRIVE collects your payment and holds the funds securely. They are released to the performer after your event, not before — so you are protected if something goes wrong. See When am I charged?
Cancellation protection
If you need to cancel, ARRIVE's cancellation policy determines your refund — the earlier you cancel, the more is returned. See The cancellation policy.
Stay on ARRIVE
Keep all payments and messages on ARRIVE. Off-platform payments are not protected and are against our terms — see Why you should communicate through ARRIVE.
