Identity, Trust, and Safety on ARRIVE

ARRIVE is built to be a safe, trusted place to get booked. This guide explains the checks behind the platform and how to keep yourself safe.

How ARRIVE builds trust

  • Confirmed accounts — every account confirms an email address to sign up (see Email verification).
  • Reviewed profiles and services — our team reviews every performer profile and service before it goes live, so listings are genuine and meet ARRIVE's standards.
  • Verified payouts — payout accounts are verified through Stripe, which handles identity checks securely.
  • Protected payments — clients pay through ARRIVE and funds are held until after the event.

Staying safe

  • Keep messages, agreements, and payment on ARRIVE — it is how we can protect and support you. See communicating safely through ARRIVE.
  • Never share bank details or take payment off-platform.
  • Confirm event details in the message thread so everything is on the record.

If something feels wrong

If a client behaves inappropriately, a request looks suspicious, or a booking goes wrong, contact ARRIVE Support. Because your activity is on ARRIVE, we can investigate and help. Everyone on ARRIVE is expected to follow the Performer Code of Conduct and the Community Guidelines.
