The ARRIVE Performer Code of Conduct sets the expectations every performer agrees to when they accept a booking. Following it keeps the platform trusted — and keeps you getting booked.
When you accept a booking
- Deliver the performance as described in your profile and service — the act, line-up, and length the client booked.
- Arrive with enough time to set up and be ready to start on schedule.
- Bring the equipment your performance needs, unless you have agreed the client or venue will provide it.
- Be professional and courteous with the client, their guests, and venue staff.
Communicate and transact on ARRIVE
Keep your messages, agreements, and payment on ARRIVE — it protects your payment and keeps your booking on the record. Do not move conversations or payments off-platform. See communicating safely through ARRIVE.
Act with integrity
- Keep your profile, services, and availability accurate.
- Honor your confirmed bookings; only cancel when it is truly unavoidable (see the cancellation policy).
- Treat everyone fairly and respectfully, on and off the stage.
The Code works alongside ARRIVE's Community Guidelines and Service Standards. Serious or repeated breaches can affect your account. Questions? Contact ARRIVE Support.
