On ARRIVE you don't need to request your earnings — payouts reach your bank automatically once your account is set up. This guide explains how it works.
Payouts are automatic
After an event, your payout releases to your Stripe payout balance (about 72 hours after the event, unless a dispute is open). From there, Stripe automatically transfers your balance to your connected bank account on its standard schedule — there's nothing to press on ARRIVE.
What you need
To receive payouts, you just need a connected payout account showing Ready for bookings — that means Stripe has nothing left to ask you. If you have not set that up yet, see How to verify your bank account.
Checking and managing payouts
- See your payout status in the Payouts area of your dashboard.
- Use Open Stripe dashboard to view transfer history and manage your bank details and payout schedule.
Not seeing a payout yet?
- Confirm your event has passed and the protection window has elapsed.
- Check that your Payouts page shows Ready for bookings. If it lists something Stripe still needs, finish it with Finish with Stripe.
- Check your payout schedule and history in the Stripe dashboard.
