ARRIVE is a booking marketplace that connects performers — musicians, bands, DJs, speakers, dancers, and more — with clients who want to hire them for events. You list your services, get discovered by clients, and get paid securely through the platform. This guide explains how it all fits together.
How performers get booked
There are two ways work comes to you on ARRIVE:
- Clients book your services directly. Your public profile lists the services you offer. When a client books one and their payment is captured, you have a confirmed booking.
- You bid on open gigs. Clients post event requests, and matching performers can apply with a quote from the Gigs feed in your dashboard. If the client chooses you and pays, the gig becomes a booking.
Getting set up
Becoming bookable takes a few steps:
- Create your account and confirm your email.
- Complete the guided onboarding — your profile, photos and video, skills, and a payout account through Stripe.
- Submit your profile for review. Our team approves profiles and services before they go live.
- Post at least one service so clients have something to book.
See How to create an ARRIVE account and How to set up your profile to begin.
Your dashboard
Once you are set up, your dashboard is home base. From there you manage your Services, browse and bid on Gigs, track your Bookings, and handle Payouts.
Getting paid
Clients pay in full when they book, and ARRIVE holds the funds securely. After the event, your payout is released to your connected bank account through Stripe. ARRIVE charges a service fee on each booking that depends on your plan — see What is the ARRIVE service fee?
