An ARRIVE agency account lets an organization that represents performers manage them in one place. This guide explains how agencies work on ARRIVE today and how to get set up.
How agencies work on ARRIVE
Agencies represent and manage performers, rather than booking entertainment for their own events. The performers you represent are linked to your agency, and you get an agency dashboard as your home base. (If you want to book performers for your own events, that is a separate client account.)
Getting set up
Agency accounts are set up by the ARRIVE team. To get started, contact ARRIVE Support and we will create your agency account, set up your agency profile, and link the performers you represent.
Working with your roster today
The performers linked to your agency use the full performer toolset — profile, services, bookings, and payouts — so the performer Help Center applies to your roster. Start with How ARRIVE works for performers and How to set up a profile.
Self-serve agency tools (roster management, agency billing, and analytics) are in development; contact ARRIVE Support in the meantime and we will help.
