Booking Agreements and Contracts

1 min read Updated June 1, 2026Last reviewed June 1, 2026

Yes — every confirmed booking on ARRIVE comes with a booking agreement that protects both you and the client. This guide explains how it works.

Your booking agreement

When a booking is confirmed, ARRIVE generates a booking agreement that captures the key details — who, what, when, where, and the agreed amount. Both you and the client agree to it as part of the booking, and it is stored with the booking so either side can refer back to it.

What it covers

  • The service booked and the agreed price.
  • The event date, time, and location.
  • The terms that apply, including payment and the cancellation policy.

Why it matters

The agreement puts the booking on the record, so expectations are clear and you are protected if a question comes up. Because payment runs through ARRIVE and is held until after the event, the agreement and your payout work together to keep you covered.

Booking terms reference ARRIVE's performer service agreement and cancellation policy. See also How bookings work for performers. Questions? Contact ARRIVE Support.
