Request a quote
- Go to Request a Quote — you can do this without an account.
- Tell us about your event: the type of event and performer you want, the date, location, your budget range, approximate guest count, and any details that matter.
- Add your contact details so performers and ARRIVE can reach you. If you are logged in, an AI assist can help polish your request.
- Submit. We review every request before sending it to performers, to keep quality high.
What happens next
Once your request is approved, matching performers can respond with quotes. You will be notified, then compare responses and choose the performer who best fits your event. See How to send a booking request, and how long it takes to hear back.
Already have a performer in mind?
You can request a quote directly from a performer's profile or a specific service — your request goes straight to them.
Posting an event (logged-in hosts)
If you have an account, you can also post an event from your dashboard. It works the same way — describe the event and performers send you offers — and you manage everything in one place.
