- Your request is reviewed by ARRIVE before it reaches performers — usually quick.
- Performers respond when they see a request that fits their availability and style.
- Specific, complete requests (clear date, location, and budget) tend to get faster, better responses.
If you don't hear back
- Give it a little time, especially for dates further out.
- If you requested a specific performer, try requesting a quote from a few others as well.
- Make sure your request has enough detail for performers to say yes.
