- How early will you arrive to set up before the event?
- I arrive 60 minutes before your start time to set up, do a full sound check, and troubleshoot anything before guests walk in. For larger venues, let me know in advance so we can arrange earlier access if needed.
- Will you stay for the full event, or do you pack down early?
- I stay and play until your agreed end time, then begin breakdown. I never cut music early. If you want to extend the night, let me know at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end so we can arrange it on the spot.
- What do you need from the venue to be ready on time?
- I need a standard 20-amp power outlet within 20 feet of the DJ area, a 6-foot table, and clear access to load in gear. Sharing the venue's floor plan in advance helps me set up faster and avoids surprises.
- What if my event runs behind schedule — can you adjust your arrival?
- Reach out as soon as you know about a delay. I can adjust my arrival window when given enough notice, but I always aim to be fully set up before the first guest arrives, so earlier communication is better.
