Your Profile Score

Your profile score is a 0–100 measure of how complete your ARRIVE profile is. Finishing the required items makes your profile ready to go live; the rest are optional boosters that make you stronger and easier to find. This guide explains exactly what builds your score.

Required to go live

These make up the bulk of your score, and you need all of them before you can submit your profile for review:

  • A profile photo
  • A bio
  • Your location (city & state)
  • A category or specialty
  • At least one service (not a draft)
  • A connected payout account (Stripe)

Strengthen your profile

Optional, but they raise your score and help clients choose you:

  • A cover image or media sample
  • Your skills & instruments
  • The event types and service areas you cover
  • A verified phone number
  • Reviews
  • The verified badge

The score is capped at 100. The biggest single boosts come from your bio, profile photo, connected payout account, and posting your first service.

How to raise your score

Fill in anything missing from the lists above. The submit step in onboarding shows your current score and what is still incomplete, so it is the fastest way to see where to focus.

Why it matters

Completing the required items lets your profile go live and gives clients the confidence to book you. To turn a strong profile into more bookings, see How to increase your visibility.
