There are two ways to use Connections: post your own request, or express interest in someone else's.
Post a request. Go to Connections and choose Create a request. Pick the type (collaboration, band or group member, event partner, replacement performer, support staff or crew, fundraiser or community event, referral, or open networking), then add a title, what you're looking for, the category and location, and any details like format, compensation, or an event date. Once it's live, other performers can see it and express interest.
Express interest. Browsing requests, open one that fits and choose Express Interest. You can add a short message introducing yourself. The performer who posted the request gets notified and can accept or decline.
When someone's interested in your request, you'll see it under Interests Received and get a notification. Review the message, then accept or decline. Accepting opens the door to message each other inside ARRIVE.
You can also save requests to come back to them later, and manage everything you've posted or sent from the Connections sub-pages (My Requests, Requests Sent, Interests Received, Saved).
