For PerformersBookings & Requests

How Booking Requests work

Booking Requests are jobs that hosts and ARRIVE's team post when they're looking for performers. You'll find them under Booking Requests in your dashboard.

Each request shows the event details you need to decide whether to apply — date, location, event type, budget range, and what the host is looking for — while keeping the host's personal contact details private until a booking is confirmed.

Some requests also include a requirements list — specific things the host needs, such as professional-grade equipment, songs to learn, or comfort performing during dinner service. Review it before you submit interest so you know you're a good fit. After you apply, the ARRIVE Event Management Team may also contact you for additional details.

To apply: open a request and choose Submit Interest. You'll set your rate (it must be at or above the request's minimum), pick the service you're offering, confirm your availability, and write a short pitch. Pro and Featured performers can use the AI pitch writer to draft that message in seconds.

There are two kinds of requests. Direct requests go straight to performers — the host reviews the interest they receive and books. Managed requests are curated by ARRIVE's team: we review everyone who applies, build a shortlist for the host, and present it on your behalf. Either way, applying is the first step.

A few things to know: you can save a request to come back to it, free accounts can submit a limited number of applications each month (see Application limits by tier), and Pro and Featured members see new requests before everyone else (see Pro Early Access).
