Community & Messaging Standards

ARRIVE keeps conversations on-platform and professional so everyone stays protected by our payments, contracts, and support. Here's what our content filter does and what it means for your account.

What happens in messages

  • Blocked — messages with severe content (threats, extortion, hate speech, or sexually explicit material) can't be sent. You'll see a short notice and the message isn't delivered.
  • Flagged for review — messages that look like they share off-platform contact or payment details may be held for human review, and the other person sees a redacted version. Keeping contact and payment on-platform is what lets ARRIVE protect your booking.

Your account standing

  • Severe violations (hate speech, threats, extortion) lead to review and possible immediate suspension or removal.
  • Mild lapses — like a frustrated bit of profanity — typically trigger a formal warning rather than removal.
  • Repeated warnings (around two to three) can lead to account termination. Actions are reviewed by our team, not decided automatically.

Dealing with a difficult client or order

If a conversation gets tense, keep your tone neutral, use the Report button on the message, and let ARRIVE Customer Support handle the dispute — that protects you far better than going off-platform.
