ARRIVE AI: what it does, how to switch it off, and what it keeps

2 min read Updated August 3, 2026Last reviewed October 14, 2026

ARRIVE AI reads only your organization's own data — your events, bookings, programs, locations and reports. It never reads your members' contact details or the contents of their messages.

What it can generate

Depending on what you have switched on, ARRIVE AI can produce a daily briefing, recommendations, observations alongside your reports, an executive summary of a report, answers in the Ask bar, and assistants on individual records.

Switching it off

Every AI feature can be switched off in Settings → AI:

  • Use ARRIVE AI in this organization — the master switch. Off means off for everyone here, whatever anyone’s personal preference says.
  • Everyone — an organization-wide switch for each individual feature.
  • Me — your own preference. It can only narrow what your organization already allows; it cannot switch something on that your organization has switched off.

These switches are enforced on our servers, not only in your browser. While a feature is off, ARRIVE will not generate anything new for it, and will not serve content it generated earlier. Switching the feature back on restores access.

What happens to content ARRIVE AI has already generated

Switching ARRIVE AI off stops new generation. It does not delete what has already been generated.

Every generation is written to an append-only record. That record cannot be edited or deleted from inside the product — there is no self-serve delete, and switching AI off does not remove it. While a feature is switched off the content is no longer shown to your organization, but the underlying record continues to exist.

We do not offer self-serve deletion of AI-generated content today, and turning AI off does not remove content already generated. If you have a data-protection or erasure request, contact support@arrivebooking.com and we will discuss the available options with you.

Who can change these settings

The organization-wide switches are available to organization admins. Your own “Me” preference is always yours to change.
