Booking on ARRIVE is free — you only pay when you book a performer. This guide walks through creating your account.
Sign up
- Go to the sign-up page and choose Host when asked how you want to use ARRIVE.
- Sign up with Continue with Google, or fill in the form: your first and last name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters with at least one number). A phone number is optional; add your country.
- Complete the security check, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select Create account.
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link to your email — open it to activate your account. See Email verification if it does not arrive.
Set up your profile
After confirming, you complete a short profile so performers know who they are working with: how you will use ARRIVE (for example, a personal host or a venue), your name or business name, a contact, and your location. Running a venue? See Getting started as a venue.
