A booking request is an event opportunity — a date, a location, a type of entertainment, and the details that matter — posted so relevant performers can express interest. Think of it as the demand side of the marketplace: real events looking for the right act.

How Clients or ARRIVE Create Requests

Requests come from clients describing the event they’re planning, and the ARRIVE team reviews them before they reach performers. That review keeps the opportunities you see legitimate and on-platform, so you’re spending your time on real events.

How Performers Review Opportunities

Eligible performers browse booking requests from the dashboard, with tabs and filters to focus on the events that fit, plus saved and recommended views. You see what you need to judge fit — event type, date, location, and scope.

How Interest and Applications Work

When a request fits, you submit your interest, and Pro and Featured performers can use the AI pitch writer to draft a strong, tailored response faster. The client reviews the performers who applied and takes the conversation forward from there.

What Information Stays Protected

Client details on booking requests are anonymized — opportunities are not a public directory of personal contact information. ARRIVE keeps the early conversation on-platform, which protects both sides and keeps your payment and agreement secure when a booking is confirmed.

Free vs Pro and Featured Access

Access scales with your plan. Free performers can submit a limited number of applications each month and see opportunities after an early-access window. Pro and Featured performers get unlimited applications plus earlier access to new requests — Pro sees them ahead of Free, and Featured earliest of all — so upgrading mainly buys you volume and a head start.
