Finding Collaboration Opportunities Through ARRIVE Connections

Some of the best opportunities in live entertainment never come from a client — they come from another performer. ARRIVE Connections is the network layer that lets performers find each other to build something bigger than any of them could book alone.

What Connections Is and Isn’t

Connections is a way for performers to discover and reach out to other performers for collaboration. It’s not a client-booking feed and it’s not social media — it’s a focused tool for finding the right people to make music, take on events, and start projects with. Connections is available to Pro and Featured performers who have at least one approved, live service, so the network stays made up of active, vetted talent.

What You Can Do With It

  • Build a band or assemble players for a specific sound
  • Find project partners for a recording, a residency, or a tour
  • Staff bigger events you couldn’t cover solo
  • Start a fundraiser or community event with other local acts
  • Collaborate on a one-off show or an ongoing series

How Requests and Responses Work

You reach out to another performer with a clear collaboration request, and they can respond if it’s a fit. Keep it specific and respectful — the goal is a real working relationship, not a mass message. The clearer your ask, the better the responses you’ll get.

Privacy and Safety Expectations

Connections runs on the same standards as the rest of ARRIVE: professional conduct, on-platform communication, and respect for the people you reach out to. Treat every request the way you’d want to be approached.

Best Practices for Writing a Connection Request

  • Say who you are and what you do in a line
  • Be specific about the project, the dates, and the role you’re looking to fill
  • Explain why you’re reaching out to them in particular
  • Make the next step easy — what you’d like them to do if interested

Where Connections Is Headed

Today Connections is built for performer-to-performer collaboration. On the roadmap is expanding those connection tools to bring venues, agencies, and hosts into the same network over time. For now, the move is simple: build your collaborations, and let one project lead to the next.
